My name is Tuan, and I spent over a decade working in IT in Hanoi’s bustling tech scene. While I was successful in my career, something was always missing. I found myself dreaming of a life that was more meaningful – one where I could be closer to nature, spend quality time with my family, and create something that would bring joy to others.
That dream led me back to my roots in Ninh Binh, where the limestone mountains and peaceful rivers had always held a special place in my heart. I knew this was where I wanted to build not just a business, but a life that reflected our values of authenticity, hospitality, and genuine human connection.
Building Our Dream Together
The decision to leave city life wasn’t easy, but my wife and I knew it was right for our family. With the unwavering support of my parents, we began the journey of creating Cozy Garden and our Lavender Homestay. What started as a simple vision slowly transformed into reality through countless hours of planning, building, and learning.
My parents, with their deep knowledge of local traditions and hospitality, became the heart of our operation. My wife brings her passion for creating beautiful, comfortable spaces, while I handle the technology and guest communications. Together, we’ve built something that truly represents our family’s values and love for this incredible region.
Our Philosophy
We didn’t want to build just another homestay. We wanted to create a true ‘Explorer’s Hub’ – a place we would want to stay at ourselves. A place that is safe, reliable, and full of authentic local soul.
Every detail, from our garden café’s recipes passed down through generations to our immersive cultural workshops, reflects our commitment to sharing the real Vietnam with our guests. We believe that travel should connect people, cultures, and hearts – not just check destinations off a list.
